We proudly ship our butter spreads within the United States only.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Shipping is available across the continental USA

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • We currently do not ship internationally

To ensure quality and freshness, our spreads are carefully packaged before shipment. Please note that extreme weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Damaged items during transit

  • Incorrect items received

  • Quality issues upon arrival

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

All refund or replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
